Week three is coming to a close. With that being said, these posts are going to change. Brother Randall, I’ve set this up so that only you can see it for now. Sometimes I think about putting something weird in here just to see if you’re actually reading them, but honestly, these have started to feel like a process book for me. I really enjoy writing them because it helps me understand what I can put on my resume and how I can build a stronger portfolio piece when everything is finished.

I’ve officially completed my 100 hours for the internship. As much as I would love to keep posting every day, I have limited storage on the blog, and it’s hard to showcase deliverables daily when some days are slower than others. Because of that, these posts will shift from daily to weekly. They’ll be a bit longer and go more in depth moving forward.

Since I’m changing who can see these posts, I can also go a little more in depth about the Rixida project. For the past few weeks, we’ve been collecting any and all information related to the imagery of Ricks College. That’s still about as much as I can say for now, but I spent a lot of time today organizing all of our research into a PowerPoint.

This is an executive level project that reports directly from Tony to the President of the University, and will eventually involve people above him as well. Even though I’m not going into full detail here, I want to emphasize how much work has gone into this. The team has spent weeks researching, and I don’t want to undersell the effort by glossing over it.

This project likely won’t be finished or ready to present until April, and even then, we’re making sure everything is prepared for the student store. It won’t be publicly revealed until Fall semester 2026.
