From Onboarding to Ownership

I spent most of yesterday with onboarding and meeting the team, so today was getting accustomed to the workflow. Unlike work I've done in the past this is more like a design agency. I'm on a team of three and we are responsible for making all the branding needs and tasks are done well and in a timely manner. I have experience working closely with executive level documents and fast paced deliverables, so my focus this week is making sure documents, PowerPoints, and important assets were ready to be use by the President and his team with the beginning of the semester. I will also have some fun and exciting designs, and my day to day will be mostly the same, but the projects will vary. I will also be taking more of a leadership role as I work between three different teams and management.
