(Slide from the Admissions Powerpoint)
I hate PowerPoint. I feel like I don’t even need to continue this post because that one sentence describes today.
I was able to get the PowerPoint polished and finished. The client loved it, and I even got a compliment from my boss and project manager. It sounds like the day went great.
Wrong.
The client loved the work and then wanted four different PowerPoints that say the same thing but are individualized for each presenter. Photos and type needed to be changed, and most of the photos sent to me were blurry and unusable, but we make do with what we have. Keep in mind each PowerPoint has 30 slides.
I shouldn’t be hating on PowerPoint too hard, but the version I had kept moving things around. I would position a photo, move on to the next slide, and it would feel like a ghost came back and shifted it somewhere else.
