Project Overview
-
In-Game Hype Video Animation

Use player silhouettes, baseball icons (bats, balls, diamond shapes), team colors (red, black, white, teal), and dynamic typography like “Let’s Go D-Backs!”.
-
Include motion transitions synced to music/FX (think fast cuts, wipes, zooms).
-
-
Social Media Graphic Animation
-
Make a short animated Instagram Reel/TikTok-style post announcing a “Game Day” or “Final Score.”
-
Animate team logos, a scoreboard flip, or fireworks behind text.

To AI, or Not to AI?
AI is a powerful tool, but it will never replace the organic connection that comes from human-created design, illustration, and writing. There are fundamental principles that must be learned—principles that AI can't truly understand.
For this project, I created illustrated assets and then used AI to refine and enhance their consistency. I spent several hours in Photoshop, fine-tuning details and adjusting colors to ensure a cohesive final result.

Final Thoughts
There are definitely things I would adjust if I revisited this project, especially the blending of images and transitions. That said, I’m proud of how it turned out. More importantly, working with an unfamiliar tool pushed me outside my comfort zone and ultimately made me a stronger, more adaptable designer.
